{"currentpage":1,"firstResult":0,"maxresult":10,"pagecode":5,"pageindex":{"endPagecode":5,"startPagecode":1},"records":[{"abstractinfo":"The formation of phosphorous surface inverse segregation (SIS) in twin-roll cast strips of low-carbon steels was studied. High phosphorous strips were fabricated by using a pilot twin-roll strip caster and a melt/substrate contacting apparatus, respectively. Solidification structures of strips were observed and analyzed, and phosphorus distributions along longitudinal sections of strips were investigated and discussed. The results showed that solidification structures of all strips were columnar grains, either integrated or coarse in the strip made by the melt/substrate contacting apparatus or damaged in some degree in cast strips; and that during cast strip solidification, enrichment of phosphorus occurred between columnar grains, and the average phosphorus concentration near the surface in the strip with 015% of phosphorus was measured to be about 027% which was obviously higher than that in the bulk.","authors":[{"authorName":"ZHOU annealing texture of a low carbon steel at different cold rolling and annealing condition by means of pole-figure,inverse-pole figure and orientation distribution function(ODF)method.The microstructure and distribu- tion of phosphorus in steel sheet are studied by means of metallography,scanning electron mi- croscope(SEM)and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA).The results show that phos- phorus promotes the formation of the fiber texture of〈011〉parallel to the rolling direc- tion and〈111〉normal to the sheet surface.The texture was found to be affected mainly by preannealing temperatures,promoted at 390 or 590℃,and retarded at 490℃.At the preannealing temperature promoting the formation of texture,phosphorus segregation to the interior of grains was observed.It seems that It treats the nanocrystalline material as a coherent precipitate strengthened two-phase alloy in which all the grain boundaries merge into a whole continuous matrix acid each of the grains embeds in the matrix coherently. According to this model, the transition from the normal to the inverse Hall-Fetch relation corresponds to thr role-exchange of the grain bulk and the grain boundary in the deforming mechanism. Theoretical formula based on this model is compared with the available experimental data. Thr results indicate that the model gives an excellent description of the so-called inverse Hall-Petch relation in the nanocrystalline materials. Mn1.05Ni0.85Ge and CrO1.86F0.14 are found to exhibit the inverse MCE whereas the MCE of Tb3Co is normal. For these compounds, the dependence of the transition temperature on the applied magnetic field B has been studied. A thermodynamical analysis is presented of the sign of the magnetic-entropy change in these three compounds which are representatives of two different types of B-T diagrams. Off-line programming is a constructive way to solve the problem. The inverse kinematics algorithm of robot and positioner is the foundation of the off-line programming system. Although previously there were some researchers who studied the positioner inverse kinematics algorithm, they only focused on a special solution of the positioner inverse kinematics, which is the solution at down-hand welding position. However, in welding production, welding position other than down-hand position is also needed. A method for representing welding position was introduced.
