XRD及SEM分析表明, 掺杂不改变TiO2晶型, 改性后的TiO2光催化薄膜增厚, 微弧放电形成的孔道变小, 表面积增加.","authors":[{"authorName":"邵忠财","id":"fb15c190-9eeb-4f0e-8cc1-6a29a49736ff","originalAuthorName":"邵忠财"},{"authorName":"李晓丹","id":"554c59ea-5bdf-45ab-a5a5-a951d469a4b5","originalAuthorName":"李晓丹"},{"authorName":"苏会东","id":"9f9b7997-1a78-43a0-9b74-04225e7b8163","originalAuthorName":"苏会东"},{"authorName":"魏守强","id":"6a520594-b9e1-4a8e-b51b-feb5564aeb26","originalAuthorName":"魏守强"},{"authorName":"翟玉春","id":"4b9f2c66-b975-4f1f-8df1-f2f150a6208b","originalAuthorName":"翟玉春"}],"categoryName":"|","doi":"","fpage":"1238","id":"2be5dedb-87c2-40e0-bb2f-8fd23a5b43a5","issue":"10","journal":{"abbrevTitle":"JSXB","coverImgSrc":"journal/img/cover/JSXB.jpg","id":"48","issnPpub":"0412-1961","publisherId":"JSXB","title":"金属学报"},"keywords":[{"id":"f672a4d2-eea7-4e0e-bb38-a18a5987825e","keyword":"微弧氧化","originalKeyword":"微弧氧化"},{"id":"1e3022b0-c143-4979-aba0-363acd170d6a","keyword":"titanium dioxide","originalKeyword":"titanium dioxide"},{"id":"d6a42703-090c-4dd0-b610-6853b1406a6e","keyword":"photocatalytic degradation","originalKeyword":"photocatalytic degradation"},{"id":"463d0ba0-3315-43bf-a3eb-4539913bb479","keyword":"doped","originalKeyword":"doped"}],"language":"zh","publisherId":"0412-1961_2008_10_2","title":"微弧氧化+电解液修饰法制备TiO2薄膜的光催化性能","volume":"44","year":"2008"},{"abstractinfo":"Metal oxide catalyst TiO2 samples treated by shock wave were used as photocatalysts in the dehydrogenation of H2S. Compared to the unshocked sample, the treated samples exhibited much higher photocatalytic activity (increased by a factor of 2-3) within the experimental range of 16-34 GPa. Based on X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-vis diffuse reflection spectra, the enhancement of the photocatalytic activity may be attributed to the higher density of residual stress, defect dislocations of the crystallites, and the degradation of energy gap in the shock-treated TiO2 samples. With the precursor concentration increasing gradually from 0.01 to 0.1 M, the morphology of the NCs evolves from nano-flower to microsphere. The content of Cu in the NCs can be easily controlled by adjusting the concentration of precursor and synthesis time. Using photocatalytic degradation of monoazo dye Procion Red MX-5B (PR) and phenol as the probe molecules under visible-light illumination, we have investigated the influence of Cu on the photocatalytic activity of Cu(2)O. When the content of Cu lies in the range of 27-71 wt%, the samples exhibit higher photocatalytic performance, indicating that these flowerlike Cu(2)O/Cu NCs are promising candidates for pollutant processing.
