ESI)源及正、负离子切换模式,扫描MS1~MS3三级质谱,利用24种药物的MS/MS ( MS2)和 MS/MS/MS( MS3)质谱对样品进行定性筛查。24种镇静催眠药品在一定线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数( r2)均大于0.999,检出限在4.0~446.6μg/L之间,3个添加水平的回收率为88.6%~110.3%,相对标准偏差(
