喂钡镁锆钙复合包芯线对钢中夹杂物及性能影响

在RH真空处理后喂入钡镁锆钙复合包芯线对28Cr2Mo钢进行了夹杂物变性处理,发现夹杂物由片层状MnS夹杂变为颗粒状含有Ca、Mg、Zr的复合硫化物夹杂,夹杂物大小减小,分布形态由原长链状分布变为弥散分布。钢板横向冲击韧性大大提高,各向异性得到较大改善。

Influences of Preparation Conditions and Melt Treatment Procedureson Melt Treatment Performance of Al-5Ti-Band Al-10Sr Master Alloys

The influences of preparation conditions of Al-5Ti-B (as-cast and hot-rolled) and Al-10Sr (as-cast and hot-extruded) and melt treatment procedures on the grain refinement and modification performance of A356 alloy are experimentally studied. For the two master alloys, the 50% reduction is sufficient to meet the demands of the efficient grain refinement and modification of A356 alloy. When Al-5Ti-B is introduced into the melt prior to degassing, the grain refinement efficiency of Al-5Ti-B will be greatly increased due to the better dispersity of TiB2 particles. Al-5Ti-B master alloy is less prone to affect the modification effect of Al-10Sr when they are used together.

Cold Plasma Surface Modification of NiTi for Biomedical Applications

Surface-grafted poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) molecules are known to prevent protein adsorption to the surface. Nitinol samples were coated under tetraglyme ECR cold plasma conditions to enhance its biocompatibility. The modified Nitinol surfaces were characterized by high resolution ESCA and contact angle, it was demonstrated that the deposited PEG-like coatings were built up mainly of –CH¬2-CH¬2-O- linkages in surfaces. The surface wettability of the modified Nitinol was increased compared with the control surface. Human plasma protein was adsorbed on Nitinol evaluated by SEM, the protein adsorption on modified surfaces decreased rapidly. Thus, the potential benefits of cold plasma technique will be of use to the biomedical industries improving the biocompatibility of metals.

Effect of Sc on Precipitation Hardening of AlSi6Mg Alloy

The effect of Sc on precipitation hardening of AlSi6Mg was studied. Zr was previously reported that it increased the effectiveness of Sc in wrought aluminum in many areas so Zr was also used together with Sc in this study. Different levels of Sc and Zr additions were added to AlSi6Mg before casting in the permanent mold. The samples were precipitation hardened at different aging temperatures and for various aging time before testing for tensile strength and hardness. It was found that Sc addition into Al6SiMg can change its response to age hardening. Additions of Sc and Sc with Zr increased both yield strength and hardness for both aging temperatures. In addition, Sc was found to modify eutectic Si to obtain fibrous morphology. This effect of Sc on eutectic silicon modification has never been reported before.

N2/Ar等离子体改性对CuO/TiO2可见光光催化活性的影响

研究了N2/Ar介质阻挡放电处理对负载CuO的TiO2可见光光催化活性的影响.采用X射线衍射、紫外-可见分光吸收光谱、透射电镜、X射线光电子能谱和电子自旋共振进行了表征,详细考察了等离子改性参数包括气氛组成、处理时间和处理功率对改性效果的影响,并通过降解甲基橙溶液考察了可见光光催化活性.结果表明,最佳等离子处理条件为N2与Ar比例为8:2,处理时间为20 min,放电电流为1.0 A.最后,使用改性后的光催化剂对模拟含汞废水进行了处理.

大型薄壁铸件铆接裂纹原因分析

某飞机上的一大型薄壁铸件在与蒙皮铆接时多次发生开裂,造成严重的安全隐患.通过对故障件进行的断口宏、微观检查,金相组织分析以及相关工艺试验,经综合分析讨论,明确了铸件铆接时出现裂纹的原因.结果表明:该零件铸造时变质处理不充分,材质塑性差,降低铆接时承受冲击的能力是导致开裂的主要原因,零件装配存在应力也是导致开裂的重要因素.

耐高温电磁屏蔽材料研究

选择了双马来酰亚胺为基础的聚酰亚胺树脂体系进行实验,并对基体材料进行了改性研究.研究结果表明:改性后的材料能在中温固化,且材料满足360℃的耐高温要求.实验选择密度较低的片状金属粉体作为导电填料,并采用聚乙烯蜡和膨润土作为复合防沉剂,使得改性聚酰亚胺电磁屏蔽材料表面电阻降至0.59 Ω,屏蔽效能大于40 dB,且该材料具有良好的防沉降性、柔韧性和耐冲击性,满足发动机使用要求.

活性炭表面改性及其对CO2吸附性能的影响

采用硝化-还原法对高比表面积活性炭进行改性以提高其对CO2的吸附性能。利用氮吸附、FT-IR、元素分析、XPS等方法对改性前后的样品进行表征,并通过高压吸附装置测试CO2吸附性能。结果表明,改性样品对CO2的吸附量在室温下和319.15 K下分别为17.72 mmol/g和14.01 mmol/g,比原样分别提高了49%和70%(单位比表面积吸附量的增加幅度),这可能与改性样品的表面连接了碱性较强的伯氨基等含氮官能团有关。改性样品经4轮缓和条件下的吸附-脱附循环后,吸附量未明显下降,表明改性样品仍以物理吸附为主。
