PEEK与纳米TiO2填充PTFE复合材料的摩擦磨损性能研究?

采用高速机械搅拌的方式充分混合原料,然后用模具将混合好的材料冷压成型,再通过一定的烧结程序制备不同体积含量的聚醚醚酮(PEEK)和纳米TiO2协同填充改性的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料试样。利用MR H-3摩擦磨损实验机在不同实验条件下对试样进行摩擦学性能的测试。磨损后用 Quanta FEG450扫描电镜对钢环表面的摩擦形貌进行观察与分析。实验结果表明,填充 PEEK 可大幅降低 PTFE复合材料的体积磨损率,但复合材料的摩擦系数却随PEEK含量的增加而表现出逐渐上升的趋势。用不同含量的纳米TiO2填充10%PEEK/PTFE,摩擦系数和体积磨损率都表现出随纳米 TiO2含量的增加而逐步上升的趋势,其中2%Nana-TiO2/10%PEEK/PTFE复合材料的摩擦系数和体积磨损率最小。当滑动速度和载荷分别超过2 m/s和200 N后对复合材料的磨损率有显著地影响,而环境温度在25~120℃范围内变化对磨损率和摩擦系数的影响均不明显。

Structure and Properties of Modified Unsaturated Polyester Resin by Nano-TiO2

The nano-TiO2/unsaturated polyester resin (referred to as nano-TiO2/UPR hereafter) was prepared with the ``reaction method", by which a chemical bond generated between nano-TiO2 and UP was inserted in the UP long chain. The performance of the nano-TiO2/UPR was determined by such a new structure. The research results showed that the reactivity of nano-TiO2/UPR is higher than that of UPR. The impact strength and bending strength of nano-TiO2/UPR are greatly enhanced as compared with that of UPR. Thermal resistance and dielectric property of nano-TiO2/UPR are the same as that of UPR.

A study on water absorption in freestanding polyurethane films filled with nano-TiO2 pigments by capacitance measurements

The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was used to evaluate the water transport and dielectric properties of polyurethane films filled with nano-TiO2 at different pigment/base (P/B) values in 0.5~mol/L NaCl solutions. EIS results were compared with gravimetric measurements on the freestanding films. The amount of water absorption showed great discrepancy between the two methods. The diffusion coefficient in the polyurethane film with P/B=30% was the smallest among those filled with nano-TiO2 pigments. The dielectric constant  ε of the polyurethane varnish film obtained from the initial capacitance was in the range of typical values of polymers. SEM was used to measure the distribution of nano-TiO2 particles in the polyurethane films.

Cf/E-TiO2复合材料的制备与性能

采用复合分散工艺将纳米TiO2均匀分散于环氧树脂中,制备了环氧-纳米TiO2树脂浇铸体,并采用湿法缠绕工艺制备了T700碳纤维增强环氧复合材料(C/E)以及T700碳纤维增强环氧-纳米TiO2(Cf/E-TiO2)复合材料NOL环与Φ150 mm容器,研究了纳米TiO2对环氧树脂浇铸体、复合材料NOL环和Φ150 mm容器性能的影响.结果表明,纳米TiO2的加入对环氧基体和Cf/E复合材料均有不同程度的增强、增韧效果,其中环氧基体的拉伸强度提高了9.2%,弯曲强度提高了9.8%,冲击强度提高了52.9%;Cf/E-TiO2复合材料NOL环层剪强度达到87.7 MPa,提高了22.3%;Φ150 mm容器特性系数达到43.4 km,纤维强度发挥率达到94.3%,分别提高了9.9%和3.3%.
