镍促进CuO-CeO2催化剂的结构表征及低温CO氧化活性

制备了一系列CO低温氧化的Ce20Cu5NiyOx催化剂,并采用氮气低温物理吸附、X射线衍射、程序升温还原、X射线光电子能谱以及拉曼光谱等手段对催化剂进行表征.结果表明,Ce20Cu5Ni0.4Ox催化剂活性最高.NiO的添加可以使得较多的Cu物种掺杂到CeO2晶格中,通过形成铈镍固溶体产生更多的氧空位.表征结果显示,Ce20Cu5Ni0.4Ox催化剂中存在大量的Cu+,Ce3+及晶格氧,催化剂中的Cu+很容易进入到氧化铈晶格,形成Cu-O-Ce固溶体,从而增强了在还原气氛下晶格氧的释放能力.Ce20Cu5Ni0.4Ox催化剂高的催化活性主要归因于大量Cu+以及形成的Cu-O-Ce和Ni-O-Ce固溶体.

Oxygen Permeation Behaviors and Hardening Effect of Titanium Alloys at High Temperature

In order to improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of Ti and Ti alloy components, an oxygen permeation treatment (OPT) was developed. The oxygen permeation behaviors of three Ti alloys, TA2, TB5 and TC11, treated in air with O-P medium at high temperature have been studied. The results show that the O-P treatment can significantly improve the surface hardness of Ti alloys. The oxidation mass-gain of β-Ti alloy (TB5) is much higher than α-Ti alloy (TA2) under the same condition, while α+βTi alloy (TC11) is the lowest. All the Ti alloys treated at this condition produce two surface layers: the outer layer consists mainly of TiO¬2, as well as trace of other oxides, and the inner layer consists of a Ti-O interstitial solid solution formed by the diffusion of oxygen in α crystal lattice. Thick scales of βTi alloy (TB5) are easily formed depending mainly on the poor solid solution content of oxygen, while deep solution layer can be formed since partial β phase has been transformed into α phase. The scales of α-βTi alloy (TC11) are very thin and compact. Aluminum-rich zone, as well as deficient zone, is found in oxide layers. A crystallographic characterization of oxygen solution layer has been performed and evaluated by crystallographic lattice constant.

Structure and magnetic properties of Fe-based powders prepared by mechanical alloying

FeSiAlCr alloy powders were prepared by mechanical alloying, the milling time were 20 h, 40 h, 60 h and 80~h, respectively. Powders morphology was studied by SEM. Microstructure of powders milled for various times were analyzed by XRD. The complex permittivity and complex permeability of four powders were tested in the frequency range from 0.5 to 18 GHz, and their microwave absorption properties were analyzed. It was found that the particle size of powders milled for 80~h was less than 2μm. Silicon and aluminum atoms were dissolved into the crystal lattice of iron, and chromium atoms can form alloy with iron atoms. The minimum peak value of reflectivity can reach to -11.3 dB at the frequency of 4.3 GHz for 80 h milling powders, and the other one was -6 dB at 16.5 GHz.

Relationship between powder characteristic and internal oxidation of Al in Cu-Al pre-alloyed powders

Since Cu-Al powder characteristics have important effects on the preparation of Cu/Al2O3 composite, the apparent activation energy of Al internal oxidation reaction in Cu-Al pre-alloyed powders with different characteristics was calculated in the present investigation. The microstructure and properties of the synthesized Cu/Al2O3 were studied. The results show that high-energy milling can obviously promote internal oxidation of Al in Cu-Al powders in the same solid solubility. At the same milling conditions and internal oxidation parameters, the solid solution of Al in Cu either in low or high amount will result in the poor microstructure and properties of the Cu/Al2O3 composite. Subsequently, when high-energy milling and internal oxidation are synchronously used to prepare the Cu/Al2O3 composite, there should be an appropriate solubility and milling effect for the pre-alloyed powders.

Study on the Properties of Nanometer CeO2 Doped with Zr4+, La3+, Pr3+

Different nanometer CeO2-ZrO2 mixed oxides doped with lanthanum or ~praseodymium were prepared by coprecipi-tation. The characteristics of all mixed oxides were tested by XRD, SEM, TEM, and XPS. XRD results showed that all oxides were formed solid solution with CaF2 structure at low temperature and had good thermal stability. More Ce4+ ions were rich on the surface by XPS, which were beneficial to oxygen storage. The particle mediun sizes (d50) of all oxides powders were approximately 10~20 nm by small angle scattering goniometer. When doped Zr4+ in CeO2, the specific surface areas were improved at low or high temperature. The area of Ce0.6Zr0.3La0.04Pr0.06O2 powder had excess 110 m2/g after calcining at 923 K for 4h, even calcined at 1273 K for 4 h, the area was up to 65 m2/g.
