系列示波冲击断口三维形貌几何特征和断裂性能

应用示波冲击试验技术测量了P460NLl钢不同温度系列下的动态断裂性能.利用扫描电镜立体对技术、图像处理与分析和计算机视觉方法对示波冲击断口形貌进行了三维重建和定量分析结果表明,断口三维粗糙度指数Rs,Rq和Rmax与示波冲击裂纹扩展功有很好的对应关系,显示了它们良好的应用前景断面虽然表现出分形行为,但分形维数是一个对断裂模式和性能不敏感参量对分形断口的几何特征描述应将分维和绝对尺度结合起来

基于分形的金属材料海水腐蚀形貌图像分析诊断系统

将分形的概念应用于腐蚀形貌图像的特征提取, 计算扫描得到的实海腐蚀试片图像 的分形维数、广义维数、面积因子和空隙特征, 并作为分析诊断系统的输入. 用 模糊模式识别理论建立了基于图像分形特征的腐蚀形貌图像诊断系统, 可以由 图像的分形特征值判断金属的表面腐蚀形貌.

双相钢疲劳断口的分形分析

本文研究了双相钢疲劳门槛值与门槛值附近断口形貌和分形维数的关系。初步实验结果表明:分形维数基本上能反映断口粗糙度。发现门槛值随分形维数呈线性变化,门槛值、分形维数和粗糙度都随马氏体含量呈抛物线型变化。

氢致裂纹扩展的分形研究进展

阐述了分形断裂的发展及应用,指出分形应用于材料的断口分析,可从实验方面和理论方面 得出分维D与材料特性、物理量的关系.总结了国内外氢致裂纹扩展的分形研究成果,表 明了分形断裂力学引入可为环境断裂研究提供新思路.

Cu/a—C:H双层膜的网络分形及Cu膜退炎缩聚

远离平衡生长的Cu/a-C∶H双层膜具有网络分形的结构。在本实验条件下,测量出它的分维数D_f≈1.83。在TEM中对该双层膜进行缓慢加热的原位动态观察,发现原有的网络结构在535℃时完全遭到破坏,同时随着Cu膜的退火缩聚,逐渐出现随机分布的缩聚区,此区的分维值随着退火温度的上升而下降,最后在850℃时变为D_f=1.63。利用金属原子的表面与界面扩散模型,可以解释这种结构特征的变化。

矿岩粉碎颗粒分形结构与粉碎能耗的关系

用半自动图象分析系统测定了矿岩粉碎后颗粒的周边分形结构,得到粉碎后颗粒表面的分维数在2.033—2.110范围,其分维数随粒度减小而有所增大。按粉碎能耗增量正比?颗粒分形结构的表面积增量原理,得到和Hukki粉碎能耗表达式相同的结果,后者是概括了Rittinger,Kick和Bond三大粉碎能耗学说的共同表达式。

FRACTAL SIMULATION OF AMORPHOUS ELECTROLESS NiP DEPOSITION

Electroless NiP coating has stochastic nonlinear structure, which was in far from equilibrium and instability state. Fractal theory, an effective method for resolving nonlinear system, was introduced to describe the coating structure quantitatively. Disorker and self-similarity characteristics, which are the two basic features of fractal, were explained in this paper for the first time. The results show that amorphous NiP structure exhibits scale invariance and can be quantitatively characterized by fractal dimension. Based on the fractal principle, a two-dimensional computer simulation on electroless NiP deposition was carried out and it is in agreement with the experimental result. Finally, the fractal dynamics and process of atom growth were investigated. The results show that the atom deposition is reaction-limited growth process.

The fractal and spinodal decomposition models combined Monte Carlo method were used in computer simulation of phase separation from CaO MgO Fe 2O 3 Al 2O 3 SiO 2 glass. The fractal dimension was applied to quantitative analysis. The mechanism of phase separation was investigated. The results showed that the fractal dimensions and simulated micrographs of phase separation were in good agreement with the experimental results. And the mechanism of phase separation was spinodal decomposition.

CORROSION MONITORING OF LY12 IN SODIUM CHLORIDE SOLUTION WITH ELECTROCHEMICAL NOISE TECHNIQUE

Spontaneous electrochemical noise (EN) can be a rich source of information concerning the processes simultaneously occurring on a corroding interface. But the noise signal is often difficult to be analyzed due to the complicated nature of the specific systems being investigated. In this paper, the potential noise fluctuations during the free corrosion of commercial aluminum alloy LY12 in sodium chloride solution was recorded and analyzed with different techniques. The typical results showed that the fractal dimension (D,n) obtained from spectral power density (SPD) is mainly directly proportional to the intensity of pitting corrosion and to the value of pitting parameter (SE) derived from dimensional analysis, while the fractal dimension (DE) obtained from EIS is mainly related to the uniform corrosion.
