AZ91D镁合金化学镀镍

利用化学镀镍的方法,在AZ91D镁合金表面得到了均匀、致 密,无明显表面缺陷的Ni-P涂层.X-ray衍射分析表明,镀层组织为单一的Ni;热震实验表 明涂层与基体合金结合良好;动电位极化测试表明涂层的自腐蚀电位接近-0.4 V(SCE),有 明显的钝化区,耐腐蚀性能优异,可对基体合金起到理想的防护作用.

高电位镁牺牲阳极研究进展

概述高电位Mg-Mn牺牲阳极组织、电化学性能特点以及应用,分析杂质元素Ca、Sr、Mn元素和熔铸新工艺对高电位镁阳极组织和电化学性能的影响、Zn含量对Mg-Zn超高电位镁阳极电化学性能的影响,挤压高电位镁阳极的生产工艺及应用,指出高电位镁阳极存在的问题并对其发展趋势进行展望。

纯镁旋锻变形过程的有限元模拟

摘要:利用非线性有限元分析软件MSC/Marc, 通过热—机耦合弹塑性模型,模拟了纯镁旋锻变形过程,得到了应力和应变分布及变化情况,并且导出了防止两种旋锻缺陷产生的条件。结果表明,变形区可以分为三个部分:Ⅰ是工件头部,端面向外凸起;Ⅱ是已成形区;Ⅲ是压缩区。已成形区中应变沿径向分布不均匀,中心部位变形量还不及边缘部位的1/2。为防止发生锻不透和边缘裂纹两种缺陷的条件分别是:εc≥ε0,εe<εb。由变形不均引起的残余应力在18Mpa~30Mpa间。变形温升效应不显著。

MICROSTRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF AZ91D EXTRUDED TUBE

The effect of extrusion ratio on microstructures and mechanical properties of magnesium alloy AZ91D extruded tube at 430℃ has been studied. After the evolution of microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91D during extrusion were studied, the following parameters were obtained: tensile strength reached the climax value of 306.9MPa and elongation peak value of 10.1% at an extrusion ratio of 7.125, and with the increase of the extrusion ratio to 7.45, yield strength reached a top value of 285.795MPa with decreased tensile strength and elongation. It was concluded that mechanical properties of magnesium alloys AZ91D could be enhanced by adjusting the extrusion ratio near recrystallization.

Effect of Holding Time on Thixotropic Fluidity of Semi-solid AZ91D Magnesium Alloy

To investigate the thixotropic fluidities, microstructures and mechanical properties of semi-solid AZ91D magnesium alloy during reheating, a self-made die set with channels of different sizes were used. The results show that critical forming forces and maximal forming forces could be obtained and related to the holding times in the semi-solid forming process. In the holding time of 0-2700 s, with increasing the holding time, maximal forming force decreased sharply and critical forming force decreased slowly. In the whole thixotropic flowing process, the filling-in was steady and the surface fineness was good. The forming force increased when the slurry changed the flowing direction or flowed from the big-diameter chamber to the small-diameter one. The tensile strength and elongation to failure of the sample after holding time for 2700 s, compared to as-cast sample, are increased by approximately 42.7% and 180%, respectively, and the fractured surfaces presented dimple-like pattern.

Influence of Heat Treatment on Damping Behaviour of the Magnesium Wrought Alloy AZ61

The effect of isochronal heat treatments for 1h on variation of damping, hardness and microstructural change of the magnesium wrought alloy AZ61 was investigated. Damping and hardness behaviour could be attributed to the evolution of precipitation process. The influence of precipitation on damping behaviour was explained in the framework of the dislocation string model of Granato and Lücke.

The segregation of Mg to phase interfaces in a nickel base superalloy IN 100 has been investi- gated using EPT(Electron Microprobe Technique).AES(Auger Electron Spectroscopy) and EDS analyses on thin TEM film.The results show that Mg segregates to the phase inter- faces of MC/γ and γ′/γ.The segregation concentration and layer thickness of Mg on MC/γ phase interface are larger than that on γ′/γ phase interface.Mg is not only a grain boundary segregation element,but also a phase interface segregation one.

电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定高碳除尘灰中11种元素

实验重点探讨了高含量碳对除尘灰样品中镁、铝、钾、钙、铬、锰、铜、钡、铅、镉、锌等元素测定的影响,并解决了除碳的问题.样品使用马弗炉高温除碳,采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸消解样品灰分,选择了镁、铝、钾、钙、铬、锰、铜、钡、铅、镉、锌等元素的分析谱线和扣背景模式,建立了使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定高碳除尘灰中镁、铝、钾、钙、铬、锰、铜、钡、铅、镉、锌等元素的方法.在仪器最佳工作条件下,各元素校准曲线线性相关系数r均大于0.999 5,方法检出限在1.08~26.01 mg/kg之间.方法应用于除尘灰实际样品中镁、铝、钾、钙、铬、锰、铜、钡、铅、镉、锌的测定,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.90%~7.1%,目标元素的加标回收率为90%~117%;按照实验方法测定除尘灰中镁、铝、钾、钙、锌,结果与火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)的测定结果相吻合.
