The regularity and mechanism of the microplastic deformation of steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti both solu- tion-treated and prestrained were investigated.In the different stages of microplastic deformation,stage 1 corresponds to the dislocation moving and exhausting in the regions near grain boundaries.Stage 2,being the early stage of macroplastic deformation,corresponds to the extensive operation and generation of dislocations in the interior of grains and also dislo- cation emission from the grain boundaries.The regularities of the effect of prestrain on macro-and micro-yield strength are different.

本文研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti在固溶态及预形变状态的微塑性变形规律和机理。在微塑性变形的不同阶段中,Ⅰ阶段对应晶界附近区域位错的运动与耗竭;Ⅱ阶段对应于晶粒内部位错全面开动与增殖并有晶界发射位错,相当于宏观变形的初始阶段。预变形对1Cr18Ni8Ti的宏观屈服强度σ_0.2与微屈服强度σ_(mys)(1~(-6))具有不同的影响规律。
